You can request full account and data deletion for Hesperia: El Reino en Funciones by contacting an admin. This is separate from the in-game account deactivation option, which locks an account but does not permanently remove all associated data.
How to request deletion
Contact us using the method below and state that you want full account and data deletion. Include your Hesperia username so an admin can identify the account. Do not send your password.
What happens next
An admin may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymize account information and related gameplay data where we are able to do so, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention reasons.
